Regardless of who resides in our homes, maintaining a sober environment is non-negotiable. We have a zero-tolerance policy for drugs and alcohol. This means:

Our addition guests are actively engaged in their recovery journey. To support this, we require:

Attendance at an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).

House Oversight and Security
To ensure the safety and well-being of our guests, NorthPoint Homes maintains high levels of oversight and security:

In-House Leads: We have live-in house leads who communicate daily with guests and help maintain order.

Regular Visits: Our team visits the house regularly to provide support and ensure compliance with house rules.

Outdoor Activities: All outdoor activities must be conducted in the backyard.

No Socializing in Front of the House: Residents are not allowed to gather or socialize in front of the property.

Curfew and Quiet Time: Residents must adhere to a curfew and quiet time from 8:00 pm to 7:00 am.
